Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and complete. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, have damaged packaging, missing components, or are returned later than 14 days after delivery. Original packaging is strongly recommended.

To start a return, you must contact us first at immersateam@gmail.com. Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please send us photos of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once we confirm the issue, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- used items
- items with damaged packaging
- items with missing components
- items returned later than 14 days after delivery

At this time, returns are accepted only for standard products in new and unused condition.

Exchanges
Yes, exchanges are possible. Please contact us at immersateam@gmail.com first, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping costs
If you changed your mind and want to return the item, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement/refund as appropriate.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns, the item must be unused, complete, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
