Shipping origin
All orders are shipped from Dénia, Alicante, Spain.
Order processing & dispatch schedule
We prepare and dispatch orders 2–3 times per week. Typical processing time is 2–3 business days (from payment confirmation to dispatch).
Please note that processing time may be longer during peak periods or when we receive a high volume of orders.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to countries within the European Union (EU).
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at immersateam@gmail.com and we will see if shipping can be arranged.
We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected carrier.
Estimated delivery time within the European Union is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal workload, customs processing, or other external factors.
Carriers
We ship using Correos or SEUR, depending on the destination and available shipping options.
Tracking
Tracking is included for shipped orders (where available). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery issues (delay / loss / damage)
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at immersateam@gmail.com and include:
• Order number
• Delivery address confirmation
• Photos (for damaged packages/items)
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide next steps as quickly as possible.
Incorrect address / failed delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because delivery could not be completed, we can resend it once the issue is resolved. Additional shipping charges may apply.
